Cleaning For a Cause Furniture Donation
Have furniture you no longer want? Let us come get it from you!
In partnership with Main Street Movers, we will be picking up furniture donations on:
February 16
March 15
April 12
Items will be donated to The Warehouse NJ (see below for more info)
Current in demand items are: Small kitchen tables (round or square), side tables, nightstands, lamps, small dressers
Items We Do Not Accept: Large heavy furniture pieces, king mattresses, games, toys, sleeper sofas, trundle beds, items with heavy stains or rips
Please email Staging@Livian.com with clear photos of your donations. We will email you back to let you know if we can accept your item and when your scheduled pickup date is!
Your furniture and household items will be donated to The Warehouse NJ, an organization that helps people transitioning out of homelessness start a new life. Many of these families and individuals have been living in temporary housing for months and/or years for various reasons: they lost their job, have mental illness or physical disabilities, are escaping an abusive relationship or household, are refugees, experienced a house fire, etc.
The Warehouse’s actual warehouse is in Orange, NJ and the organization encourages its clients to choose from the furniture and household items available to help transform their new space into a home!
The Warehouse is located right next to MEND NJ, which is the largest hunger relief network in Essex County. We will be happy to take any non-perishable food items you would like to donate as well!
