First a little backstory - Pollock Properites Group Founder Vanessa Pollock realized early in her career that staging was CRUCIAL to a home’s sale. She blames HGTV for this phenomenon, but then is also to blame after two seasons on the HGTV show “Bought & Sold”! She decided that EVERY Seller deserved to make as much money on their sale as possible and made a commitment to providing that service, and a few years ago took her staging “in-house” by hiring a staff Stager, a role that continues to exist to this day. PPG is the ONLY team in Northern NJ with a dedicated, in-house staff Stager, adding tremendous ease and simplicity to the process for our clients. Additionally, PPG has amassed nearly 12 full homes worth of furniture (“inventory”) and decor that is on the ready to fill our clients homes if needed. We have an entire pillow ROOM and love to fill vacant homes to the brim OR bring in the finishing touches to occupied homes that are furnished. The PPG office is actually a 5000 square foot WAREHOUSE that acts as home to our inventory, and is creative space for the team to execute their visions and negotiate awesome deals from!

Pollock Properties Group was so wonderful to work with. They have a great design eye and made just the right tweaks to stage our home perfectly. They did a brief tour of our home at our convenience and made their recommendations. PPG gave us plenty of time and leeway to decide what changes we wanted to make but gave us a very good idea of which adjustments would make the biggest difference. They created an itemized list to guide us and even selected inexpensive items for us to purchase to de-personalize and update the space. They also provided great references for a painter and handyman who were well-priced, extremely professional and a pleasure to work with as well. On the day of staging PPG came with their small but mighty team, put everything in place and was out of our hair before we knew it. After we sold, we kept a copy of the brochure because we were so impressed with how it all came together!
