Dear Future Homeowner,

It is hard to put into words what this home has meant to us, because it became so much more than just four walls and a roof. It became the backdrop to some of the most meaningful chapters of our lives.

We moved here in the middle of the pandemic, during a season when the world felt uncertain. What we found was not only a beautiful place to live, but a true sense of community. Our neighbors quickly became like family, and the community here is something truly special. We have celebrated milestones together, looked out for one another, and grown our families side by side in a way that feels rare and unmatched.

We were newlyweds when we bought this house, full of excitement for all that was ahead. Since then, this home has held so many of our “firsts.” We brought both of our boys home from the hospital here. We watched them take their first steps here. We hosted our first Thanksgiving surrounded by friends and family here. We laughed, learned, celebrated, and created countless memories within these walls.

There are so many everyday joys we will miss too—the ease of grabbing a great cup of coffee nearby, the simple commute into the city for work, and coming home each day to a neighborhood that feels warm and connected.

And then there is the light. One of the things we fell in love with most is the way the sunlight pours into this home, filling the rooms with warmth and creating a sense of peace that can be felt the moment you walk in. It has always been a place of comfort, calm, and joy for us.

We hope this home becomes for you what it was for us: a place where life is deeply lived, milestones are celebrated, laughter is shared, and beautiful memories are made. We know whoever comes next will be so lucky to call this place home.
