We remember being in your shoes six years ago – stepping onto this property for the first time and immediately sensing something special. Our daughter was instantly drawn to the butterfly bush in the front yard, and we were captivated by the towering pine and magnolia trees and the calming scent of lavender along the walkway. From the moment we walked in, we felt grounded by the home’s solid structure, beautiful chestnut trim, and inviting, open layout. We purchased this home just before the pandemic, and during those uncertain times, it became our haven. With three full floors plus a tall, stand-up basement, the house adapted to our evolving needs.
