Dear Future Homeowner,

This house is truly special. Since it was built in 1924, only four families have called it home. Twenty-one years ago, two young people walked through its doors in the middle of a crazy real estate market, saw their future here, and with a little luck, made it their own.

Our son grew up within these walls, surrounded by neighborhood kids who became lifelong friends. Over the years, we’ve watched a new generation of families move in, carrying on traditions that make this block so unique—front lawn get-togethers, block parties, Halloween trick-or-treating, chatting with neighbors while walking dogs, looking out for one another as some of us grow older, and countless sleepovers filled with laughter.
