Dear Future Homeowner,

Since I was a young boy, I’ve always loved the scene from the Charlie Brown cartoon special, where he purchases an unwanted little Christmas tree. With some swaddling and TLC, his friends were able to show him “it’s not such a bad tree after all, Charlie Brown…”

That scene reminds me of 81 Burnett Avenue. When I bought it, this house was run down and unwanted, and had numerous signs of struggle and neglect. But over the past 11 years, I’ve given this home a lot of attention and hope that you can agree that I have brought it back to life. As an artisan myself, specializing in refinishing used furniture and bringing old forgotten pieces of wood back to life, I hope that you notice the love and TLC I’ve put into this home. From the three Japanese maples I planted in the yard, to the delicate orange stripe I knelt on the ground to paint around the garage, to the beautiful newly added sidewalks, to the immaculate new finished basement, and even to what you will find to be a very bounteous apple tree that I added in the middle of the yard,
