We’re Grateful & Honored!

A Magical Night at SOPAC “Share the Love” Gala



Last Thursday night was a moment we’ll never forget. At the SOPAC “Share the Love” Gala, Pollock Properties Group was honored with the Community Hero Award—a recognition we accept with deep gratitude, immense pride, and full hearts. 

This honor isn’t just about us—it’s about YOU.
Your trust, support, partnership, and passion for community have made everything possible. Every family we’ve served, every fundraiser we’ve launched, every moment of care—it all started with the people around us who believed in the power of real estate to uplift lives and communities.



And what a night it was!
From the electric performance by Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Darlene Love, to the heartfelt honors for the evening’s other remarkable recipients, the event was a celebration of everything SOPAC stands for: the arts, inclusion, community, and heart.


  • Community Hero Award: Pollock Properties Group

  • Arts Impact Award: PSE&G

  • Arts Legacy Award: David Stone (posthumously)

  • Emerging Artist Award: Obenewaa Frimpomaa, Millburn High School



And then came a surprise that left us speechless:


Broadway’s Kevin Kern took the stage and performed an original tribute song written just for us, “Heroes on Every Block.” The lyrics—crafted by SOPAC and inspired by YOU—captured our journey, our mission, and the heartbeat of this community:

“Care, serve, give—it’s more than a phrase,
It’s the anthem of the lives you raise…”

“…With every hand you hold, every story you unfold,
You remind us we belong…”

We are incredibly humbled by this recognition. To be honored for our commitment to the arts, education, and this extraordinary community is not just a milestone—it’s a moment that renews our purpose.
