Dear Future Homeowner,

For almost ten years, this home and this beautiful community have been so much more than just a place where we lived - they have been the backdrop to some of the most special years of our family’s life.

We have loved the simple, everyday moments here just as much as the big ones. So many evenings were spent taking family walks or riding our bikes around the serene lake, enjoying the feeling of being tucked away in our own little oasis while still being so close to everything we needed. There is something truly special about this community that makes you slow down, get outside, and enjoy the people and moments around you.

One of the things we have always appreciated most is having so many wonderful amenities right here in the community. Having the tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts practically in our backyard made it so easy to get outside and be active without ever having to get in the car. Between the pool, courts, gym, lake, playground, and beautiful surroundings, there was always something to do, and so many ways for our children to grow up enjoying the outdoors.

At the same time, we loved having the best of both worlds. Despite feeling tucked away in our own peaceful retreat, commuting to New York City was remarkably convenient, with multiple options available depending on the day. Whether heading into the city for work or enjoying a weekend in Manhattan, it was wonderful knowing that the energy and excitement of NYC was never far away, while home always felt like a peaceful escape.

Our large deck has been the setting for countless favorite memories with friends & family. We have hosted so many BBQs and outdoor dinners, celebrated special milestones, and spent warm summer days watching our children play. During COVID, it became an especially meaningful part of our home - we spent endless hours out there with our babies, splashing in little baby pools and finding joy in the simplest of days. And when winter arrived, the deck offered a completely different kind of magic. Watching the snowfall and seeing the beautiful mountain views while sipping hot cocoa became some of our favorite quiet moments together. Inside, winter evenings were just as special - cozy family nights gathered around the fireplace, enjoying the warmth and comfort of home.

Our cul-de-sac has been another gift. We have been so lucky to have wonderful neighbors who quickly became friends. Our children have spent countless evenings playing outside until the sun went down, creating the kind of childhood memories that are hard to put into words. Halloween on the cul-de-sac was always something we looked forward to, and summers at the community pool (with its wonderful lifeguards) brought so many carefree afternoons filled with laughter, swimming, and friendships.

Most of all, this community has always given us a wonderful sense of safety, connection, and belonging. It truly feels like a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle. A place where neighbors know one another, children can play, and families can enjoy the beauty of their surroundings.

As we move on to our next chapter, leaving this home is incredibly bittersweet. This home has been the backdrop for so many of our family's firsts and it will always be close to our hearts.

We hope that the next family who lives here will love it as much as we have, and that these walls, this deck, this cul-de-sac, and this beautiful community will become the setting for their own favorite memories, traditions, laughter, and milestones.
