Dear Future Homeowner,

This house and the Spirit that's left behind is all about beauty, love, laughter and family. A lot of meals were prepared here and most from what grew in the garden. Deer, fireflies and the occasional fox sightings were always amazing. Most of the children raised in the neighborhood, think fairies live here. The back tree was carved by a woman artist from a dead tree that had fallen before I arrived. A storm left about 10 feet and instead of removing it, it became a magic door. My grandson believed if he came up with the right word, the door would open. So far, it never has.

When I moved here 10 years ago, a black feral mother cat had babies year after year. The last 3 kittens I captured during the pandemic along with their mother (a small black, a grey and a spotted). I had them all neutered and returned. They still visit, even (unbelievably) through rough Winters. I have fed them when they show up and they lay around the front yard like a Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young song that made me feel like my "Flower Child" days in the early 70's.

My beloved dogs and grandchildren loved this house as much as I did. I remodeled the house, built the garden and in the Spring, daffodils will arrive to greet you and let you know warm weather is coming. They are my favorite flower, except for roses and they will make their presence known as well.

I guess the only other thing is that the Tesla battery is amazing.. I wish I had known how to really utilize it, but during power outages, I always had power. .a mirror to my life.
