Dear Future Homeowner,

When I first walked into this space, I didn’t just see a big room; I saw a forever home. I had every intention of living here for many years, and I spent a lot of time dreaming up big plans to make an already incredible space even cooler. This space, this complex, and this town, feel like home, and while my life is taking me elsewhere, the soul of this home is ready for its next chapter with you.

The star of the home is the patio; you simply will not find another private patio like this so close to NYC. Living on a waterfall is transformative in the mornings drinking coffee, in the afternoons working from home, and in the evenings watching the sunset while drinking wine with friends. My cats have absolutely loved this patio, but it is even more of a dream for a dog owner. Between the private outdoor space and the sprawling pet-friendly grounds, it’s a total sanctuary.

This old mill building offers high ceilings and exposed brick; a grit and grandeur that modern builds just can't replicate. I specifically chose the deep blue interior paint to mirror the water and sky.

Beyond the walls of the unit, the complex itself is impeccable. I have loved walking the grounds in every season—watching the turtles sunbathe in the spring, spending hours in the pool (which is, quite literally, always the perfect temperature) in the summer, witnessing the trees change colors in autumn, and the peaceful, untouched snow in the winter.

One of the best parts of living here is the town itself. My weekend ritual has been walking to coffee (either at the farmer’s market across the street from May to November or at Ethan & The Bean) and then strolling the path along the river, tucked behind the stores on Main Street.

This isn’t just a condo; it’s a lifestyle. I hope you find as much peace and inspiration here as I have.
