It’s hard to put into words what this home, and life on Richmond Avenue, has meant to us. From the very beginning, we knew we had found something special. What we didn’t expect was just how deeply we would fall in love with not only the house, but the entire community around it.

Richmond Avenue has truly been the best street we could have imagined. From the moment we arrived, neighbors welcomed us with open arms, and quickly became friends. There’s a genuine connection here that’s rare and really meaningful.

This home has been the backdrop to so many joyful moments. Our children have spent endless afternoons riding bikes, playing freely, and forming friendships that will last a lifetime. The huge backyard has been a world of its own - expansive, private, and full of laughter and memories we will always cherish.

The house is filled with light in a way that lifted our spirits every single day. The open rooms gave us space to live and grow. The eat-in kitchen became the heart of our home - so many meals and conversations happened right there.

We’ve also loved having the beautiful sunroom, a finished basement, and large bedrooms - there’s a space here for everything, whether it’s quiet time, work, or just being together.

And as peaceful as it feels here, the convenience is incredible. Being just a 10-minute walk to a direct Midtown train has made the balance between home and the city feel easy.
