Dear Future Homeowners,
After living abroad for 18 months, we began searching for a home that would accommodate our family’s needs as we transitioned back to New Jersey. We came across 4 Ash Avenue and couldn’t believe our luck! With a teenager in need of private spaces to hang out with her friends to a 9-year old that needed space to play safely outside, 4 Ash Avenue has everything we envisioned and more!
The layout and features were perfect. We poured ourselves into renovating the kitchen, bathrooms and flooring. We designed 4 Ash Avenue to be a modern, highly functional space for a family like ours. Our children even got involved in picking vanities and tiles. It was a fun process for all of us.
Our son learned to ride his bike in the cul de sac alongside neighborhood friends doing countless loops while he tried out new tricks. Basketball has become his sport. He honed his jump shot playing in the driveway.
Our daughter had several sleepovers with five friends hanging out into the wee hours of the night. They enjoyed popping popcorn, watching movies and consumed all the drinks and snacks we loaded in the basement kitchen.
We enjoy dinner parties, and have hosted nearly 20 people comfortably. One memorable occasion was a 50th birthday dinner turning our home into a mini restaurant with a chef that cooked a 4-course meal in our kitchen. There were food stations and servers. The space was not at all crowded. The flow of the main floor space made it easy to walk around and enjoy the company.
Our plan was to stay rooted in this home well after our kids finished school. You are the third family to live at 4 Ash Avenue. We hope you get to enjoy what feels like a new home for many decades.
