Dear Future Homeowners

Our memories here started 24 years ago and we’re still smiling!!! Our neighbors have become close friends and our community is nothing short of a village. We celebrate our children's achievements, last day of school and playdates are never ending! We even have a spectacular annual Halloween parade for the kids. Outdoor entertainment has been one of our best memories, gathering by the fire in the evenings, and enjoying unforgettable birthday and graduation parties over the years. (And of course, the occasional pool party is always welcome!)

This West Orange location is particularly incredible!!! Our town has grown and will continue to do so. We saw the opening of the Turtle Back Zoo (!!) and our dine-in movie theater up at Essex Green. South Mountain Reservation is a great place to walk and hike. They even have a dog park - one for small dogs and one for large dogs. Our schools are great!! If you work in the city, the jitney stop is directly across the street, as well as the school bus stop. We can stand on the porch and see the bus coming down the hill (perfect for snowy and rainy days).

We have given much thought to our most recent renovations, and they have been a labor of love. Over the years, as our two girls grew, we made this house our home that we could enjoy each day. Those memories will remain with us for life as we transition to our next chapter. It is now time for us to allow new memories for you.
