Dear Future Homeowners of 335 Central Avenue

It seems like yesterday when we bought this lovely home. Our house has been maintained and loved throughout our 55 years of owning it. We chose New Providence because many family members and friends were already living in this wonderful town. At the time of our purchase, our children were three and seven years old. New Providence always had the reputation of being an outstanding school district and our children truly benefited by obtaining a good education here. We also loved the location of this home. It is situated in a very convenient area with a short distance to the Murray Hill train station and downtown New Providence with all its many shops and restaurants. Through the years we have upgraded many items in the home. Some of our favorite features are the gas fireplace, storage closets, enlarged kitchen and dining room, and a deck which overlooks the huge, private backyard. In this home we have hosted many holidays, parties, summer barbeques, and even a family wedding reception in our beautiful landscaped yard. In fact, our grandchildren learned how to swim in our pool! They always looked forward to going to “Mom-Mom and Pop-Pop’s” house to play. We hope you see the many possibilities this property has to offer. We will truly miss this beautiful home, the community, and all the great things it has to offer.
